ABSTRACT Faiz Ahmad Faiz’s Salvific Ethic and the Uneven world   Faiz Ahmed Faiz has a place among the greatest of Urdu poets ever born. His works as well as his life has inspired people from all walks of life. He brought path-breaking changes to the way Urdu poetry was written. Faiz combined socio-political messages, revolutionary ideas and romantic idealism with the sweetness of the Urdu language, thus creating an exhilarating oeuvre. He symbolized all that is humane, dignified, refined, brave, and challenging. His poetry reflects his intellectual resentment and resistance against an unjust and archaic social order, which he rejects on rational grounds as anti-human; yet his poetry has no bitterness.  He wrote against the excesses of ruling elite and challenged colonial and feudal values. Faiz's poetry exhibits a strong sense of commitment to lower-class people. He saw the world around him plagued by the evils and the dark forces of materialism, commercialism and commodity fetishism. He saw nations engaged in wars and the hearts of people full of hatred and cruelty.  He took the challenge to make the world a better place to live.  He used his poetic art as a vehicle to register a protest against the brutal and malicious forces. Fiaz gave voice to the voiceless and suffered with the suffering humanity of his times and his love of humanity is free from the prejudice of color, race or nationality. He sang a song burning with thunder and revolutionary fire but at the same time endowed it with the delicacy of beauty and love.  In my paper I will try to show how Faiz   makes use of  love and beauty to promote social and moral values and does not desist to use the language of love and beauty even while writing about political issues. How he made the agony of love the essence of his existence and imagination and used it to come to terms with the chaos and the anarchy of the modern world. The paper will also talk about Faiz’s redemptive ethics ,his emphasis on the sweet emotions of love and beauty, as an alternative vision to set right the wrongs of the jaded and bumpy world of present times. Background: Acute appendicitis is one of the most common cause of acute abdomen surgery. Several scoring systems have been adopted by physicians to aid in the diagnosis and decrease the negative appendicectomy rate. Tzanakis scoring system is one such score. Objective of present study was the validation of this scoring system in our population and compare its accuracy with histopathological examination (HPE).Methods: A retrospective study was carried out at the Department of Surgery at Mohammad Afzal Beigh Memorial Hospital Anantnag India. Tzanakis score was calculated in 288 patients who underwent appendicectomy from September 2016-2018 and HPE results were analysed. Results: 276 patients were eligible for the study. The sensitivity and specificity of Tzanakis score in diagnosing appendicitis was 90.66% and 73.68% respectively. The overall diagnostic accuracy was 86.23% with positive predictive value of 97.89% and negative predictive value of 36.84%.Conclusions: Tzanakis scoring system is an accurate modality in establishing the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and preventing a negative laparotomy

A sustainable approach for protection of the natural environment remains the topic of interest for the developers in the developing countries. There has been a growing concern that development activities have the potential to cause severe damage to the environment. The rapid growth in urbanization offered an ample demand ofvehicles, resulting more fuel consumption. Apetrol filling station (PFS) is the place catering this fuel need. APFS is no doubt a very important facility but it is evinced that it has high potential of hazards, resulting the degradation and contamination of the natural resources and cause hazards like environmental, hydrological, geological and socioeconomic

Integration management has always been a topic of interest for researchers. It plays a significant role in the success of the projects. Integration management effectively incorporates all the aspects of projects and provides a roadmap towards their success. Based on the significance of the term, this paper assesses the research output of integration management since 1970 in different fields of the application using the Scopus database. The data was collected and analyzed through Microsoft Excel to analyze the research publications trend line, publication types and their access to the audience, organizations and countries involved, languages of publications, authors participating, and their respective field of research in relation to integration management. This paper will assist the researcher of this area to observe the research trends on the integration management topic as per the Scopus database until 2021

There has been growing concern that the development activities have high potential to cause environmental problems. The decision-makers are trying hard to reinforce new policies and procedures towards sustainable development projects. Finding adequate land for any new business or development activity is a key factor considered in sustainable theories. Big projects involve numerous factors, and this makes land selection as a complex activity; thus, it is not easy to find the best suitable land parcel for development projects. Therefore, this chapter highlights the significance and effectiveness of GIS and MCDM in resolving various land suitability issues. The integration of GIS and various MCDM approaches is successfully seen in resolving land suitability problems in the world

The entrepreneurship growth is being recognized as a serviceable means of tackling Jammu and Kashmir’s [J&K] socioeconomic challenges of high unemployment, and unbalanced distribution of income. The unemployment rates revealed by National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) for the state presents a depressed image of the condition of women in the state. According to the NSSO employment position of females in urban areas are worse than that of men. The indicators were analyzed and found that the females in urban areas are unemployed and the rate is at 11.7 percent. And the same pointer for the unemployment rate for the male population is hovering at 6.7 percent and the figure at all-India for the woman (urban) joblessness rate is at 7.9 percent. It is observed that existing policies overlook the gender as a potential input for addressing the grave issue. Despite this females have proven their mettle using their peculiar gender nature effectively and efficiently in small and micro business which calls for an immediate attention by the government towards promotion of women in entrepreneurship.

Meat ranks among one of the most significant, nutritious and favored food item available to masses, which aids in fulfilling most of their body requirements. It has played a vital role in human evolution and is an imperative constituent of a well-balanced diet. It is a good source of proteins, zinc, iron, selenium, and phosphorus followed by vitamin A and B-complex vitamins. Average value of meat protein is about 23% that varies from higher to lower value according to the type of meat source. Meat fat and its fatty acid profile is point to worry, with respect to its consumption, but its moderate usage is always advised by doctors and nutritionists, in order to lead a healthy life. Fat content of animal carcasses ranges between 8 and 20%. Quality traits of meat along with its nutritional composition become dependent upon animal breed type, feeding source (grains, pasture and grass), genetics of animal and post mortem techniques. This chapter will mainly focus on the variant aspects of nutritional constituents of meat including proteins and essential amino acids, fats and fatty acid profile, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals along with their health benefits to human health
